This journal allows you to keep track of your meals. Whether you need to keep track for dieting reasons, for medical reasons or just because you want to keep track of meals that you've tried. It keeps track of the date of the meal, the foods in the meal, calories, points (for weight watching programs) and notes on the meal. It also allows you to add a custom field of your choosing in case there is a trait or feature of your food that you wish to keep track of. This app does not include any ads.
